At Banana Club, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and feel for your everyday wardrobe.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Banana Club account and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
